aoewin2 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the aoewin2 website, mobile interface, games, software, and all related services accessible at aoewin2.net.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the aoewin2 Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's aoewin2 Account, including both real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account by aoewin2.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region where online gambling is illegal or where aoewin2 is not licensed to operate.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "Force Majeure" refers to any event beyond aoewin2's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or cyberattacks.

To be eligible to register and use the aoewin2 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted.
• You are not a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of aoewin2, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by aoewin2 or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

aoewin2 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your Account.

To access the full range of aoewin2 services, you must create a registered Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

aoewin2 may, at its sole discretion, require Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features. KYC documents may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. aoewin2 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify aoewin2 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.

aoewin2 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of payment methods available to Philippine players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and major credit and debit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• All transactions on the aoewin2 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your Account dashboard.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and may take between one (1) and five (5) business days to process, depending on the payment method selected.
• aoewin2 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• aoewin2 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

aoewin2 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your Account balance if KYC verification is not completed within the required timeframe, or if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity associated with the withdrawal request.

aoewin2 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is presented, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates.

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they are eligible for withdrawal as real money.
• Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, not to the deposit amount.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• aoewin2 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonuses and potential Account closure.

All games available on the aoewin2 platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained professional dealers in real time. aoewin2 does not manipulate game outcomes and is committed to fair play across all game categories.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, aoewin2 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account balance. aoewin2 shall not be liable for any losses claimed to result from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing wagers.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.
• aoewin2 reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of a software malfunction.
• Game results are final once a round has been completed and confirmed by the system, except in cases of verified technical error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aoewin2 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the aoewin2 platform software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing aoewin2 staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the aoewin2 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the property of aoewin2 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the aoewin2 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the aoewin2 platform without the prior written consent of aoewin2.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aoewin2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

aoewin2's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aoewin2 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. aoewin2 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the platform.

You may close your aoewin2 Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

aoewin2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In such cases, aoewin2 may withhold any balance pending investigation.

Your use of the aoewin2 platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how aoewin2 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the aoewin2 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

aoewin2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, aoewin2 will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the aoewin2 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the aoewin2 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent aoewin2 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
